tokyo tower

The Tokyo tower provides a great view of Tokyo and Tokyo bay.　But the tower itself is a beautiful landmark, especally illuminated at night "lights-out legend" is rather interesting because I would have thought a young couple, who were thinking about a happy future, would want to see the lights go on, rather than the lights go out.
